Stem Cell Therapy in Hardeeville, SC, for Knee Pain

The knee is the biggest joint in your body. The stress from sports and prolonged weight-bearing activities leads to the deterioration of the connective tissues in the knee joint. Injuries such as strains and tears of the medial and lateral meniscus, as well as tears of the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, and of the medial and lateral collateral ligaments that support the joint, can occur. Over time, this results in joint laxity, pain, and deformities. Luckily, stem cell injections can help reverse the damage to your knee and improve your quality of life

  • Knee Tissue Repair
  • Improved Blood Flow

Treating hip issues can be quite complex, but after a thorough examination and careful review of your diagnostic results, our team can suggest treatment options that really work.

Some of the ankle conditions that stem cell therapy can help improve or eliminate entirely include:

Jasper County jumps into the manufacturing space with the announcement of a new facility that will bring more than 400 jobs to the state’s southernmost region.

TS Conductor, a leading manufacturer of conductors and electricity devices, announced on Thursday that Jasper County had been chosen for its second manufacturing facility in the US. The company’s headquarters is in Orange County, California, just south of Los Angeles.

The new facility will be in Clarius Park Hardeeville, an industrial hub designed for efficient logistics and production.

Here are five things you should know about this new development and how it may impact your daily commute.

This new facility for TS Conductor will occupy a 301,275 square-foot location within Clarius Park Hardeeville.

The park as a whole offers roughly 2.7 million square feet of industrial space, roughly the same size as 47 football fields.

TS Conductor states that it is on track to start production at its Hardeeville facility before the end of the year.

This first facility is part of a three-phase expansion of Clarius Park, which intends to add another million square feet in future development. According to Clarius Park’s webpage, this first phase of construction is nearly complete, meaning that production and traffic for the facility could start as early as the fall of 2025.

This project is monumental for Jasper County, as it is set to create 462 new jobs. While this economic boom will bring new opportunities to the area, it will also add another layer of frustration in terms of traffic and housing.

Clarius Park is located between Highway 170 and Highway 17, just 5 miles away from Interstate 95. With this easy access to major roadways, this new industrial park will bring more travelers and trucks to the Hardeeville area.

According to the South Carolina Department of Transportation, the stretch of Highway 170 near the facility already receives an estimated 14,200 travelers a day.

For the length of Interstate 95 in Jasper County, there are over 65,300 daily travelers.

Even though there is an anticipated growth in traffic, this facility is strategically located near other major port areas, which will aid in supporting high-volume manufacturing and distribution.

Clarius Park is situated just 10 miles from the Georgia Ports Authority’s Garden City Terminal in Savannah, providing direct access to one of the busiest ports in the country.

The new facility will also be situated at a safe driving distance for truckers coming to and from other major hub cities, including:

TS Conductor manufactures advanced conductors known as aluminum encapsulated carbon core.

These conductors are used in various high-tech applications, including energy transmission and telecommunications. They are designed to provide better and easier energy transmission and telecommunication applications and are intended to be easier to install.

Most of these carbon core devices are used in industrial vehicle bodies like bus floors and walls, truck floors, sleeper cabs, or for fitting out specific types of vehicles such as ambulances, boats and mobile telecommunications centers.

Aluminum imports are a key part of TS Conductor operations, furthering the importance of its proximity to the Savannah Port, as its top import commodities include furniture, retail consumer goods, machinery, appliances and electronics.

Biggest ‘job creation’ in Jasper history. McMaster announces 400+ new jobs in Lowcountry

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster announced Thursday that a manufacturer of an advanced conductor technology will bring more than 400 new jobs to Hardeeville with a $134 million investment.

The company, TS Conductor, will occupy a new 301,275-square-foot facility in Clarius Park Hardeeville and will produce equipment for high-voltage direct current transmission lines, according to the governor’s office. These components are essential for transporting electricity over long distances. This is the first phase of a three-phase expansion, with an additional one million square feet planned for future development.

The company specializes in carbon-core conductors, a technology that allows utilities to double or triple transmission capacity while reducing energy loss and overall project costs. This will be the company’s first state operation and second U.S. manufacturing facility.

This project is the largest job creation initiative in Jasper County’s history, bringing 462 new jobs as well as both direct and indirect economic benefits to the Lowcountry, said Danny Black, president and CEO of Southern Carolina Alliance. It also comes at a time of rapid population growth, ongoing infrastructure challenges and new trade tariffs affecting supply chains.

Production is expected to start in the facility before the end of the year. Job applications can be submitted on the company’s career page.

The announcement comes as President Donald Trump implements new tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico, raising concerns about supply chain disruptions across multiple industries. TS Conductor relies on aluminum imports, including from Canada, for its advanced conductors, founder and CEO Jason Huang said. The tariffs add a new layer of complexity to the business, he added, but emphasized that the modernization of the power grid remains an urgent necessity.

“It is a new curve ball that we have to deal with,” Huang said. “I hope the U.S. and Canada work out the difference, because it will benefit us, because we make conductors here, and it’s serving the entire US grid, and that will be helpful to everyone.”

South Carolina has experienced a rapid population increase in the last few years and the addition of TS Conductor’s facility is expected to boost the local economy and contribute to tax revenues, potentially reducing the burden on residents, but adding complexity to traffic woes and affordable housing demands.

Jasper County Treasurer Michael Skinner highlighted the significance of the investment, calling it a long-overdue economic boost for the area.

“I’m actually looking forward to it as a tax base,” Skinner said. “Bringing this industry in here is going to be a tremendous help to our taxpayers and our residents, not just with jobs, but as a whole.”

South Carolina offers competitive business incentives, including a five-year property tax abatement for manufacturers and exemptions on inventory, machinery and industrial power costs, according to the facility’s website.

While economic development brings new opportunities, it also intensifies traffic congestion and collisions as seen across nearby counties and the state.

McMaster acknowledged these challenges and outlined the state’s efforts to expand and improve roadways, saying “we’ve got more and more people.” He continued, “these roads would have been fairly adequate, if the population is not increasing so fast, but it’s increasing, and we’re trying to keep up with it.”

The facility is located just 10 miles from the Georgia Ports Authority’s Garden City Terminal, the third-largest and fastest-growing container terminal in the U.S. The park is also strategically positioned near Interstate-95 and Interstate-16, providing access to major transportation networks.

SCDOT pitches the second segment of Interstate 95 expansion in the Lowcountry

HARDEEVILLE — It's not often that those attending a public meeting with a government agency could be described as practically giddy with excitement, but such was the case during a review of the next phase of expansion plans for Interstate 95 in Jasper County.

A large contingent from the South Carolina Department of Transportation was on hand at the Hardeeville Recreation Center on Jan. 30. The team was met with a room full of residents anxious to hear about plans to expand 13 miles of I-95 that runs through Jasper County. It's the second segment of a project that will eventually overhaul the entire 200-mile length of the interstate that runs north to south from North Carolina to Georgia.

The entire project is broken into smaller, more manageable chunks, explained Ginny Jones, a DOT spokesperson.

"I think it goes without saying that the I-95 widening project is long overdue," said Ridgeland Town Manager Dennis Averkin. "Anything that can be done to alleviate the chronic congestion on this corridor is welcomed."

The second segment of the project will expand 13 miles of interstate highway between Exits 8 and 22 from two lanes to three. Along the way, it will have to make improvements to 11 bridges and overpasses and will result in the reconfiguration of interchanges at Exits 18 and 21.

"Exits 18 and 22 are outdated and, quite frankly, dangerous exit configurations. Both of these exits will be brought up to standard and will open areas surrounding both exits up to much-needed economic development," said Averkin, adding that the Exit 22 upgrade will be part of the next construction segment.

Much to the chagrin of drivers who currently deal with traffic issues on the interstate, construction projects on interstate highways don't happen quickly. Construction is planned to begin this summer on the first segment, an 8-mile stretch that runs from the Savannah River to Exit 8. It is expected to last for four years.

Plans for the second segment are currently in design phase, an effort that will continue into the spring of 2026. Right-of-way acquisition will follow and take about a year. The project's final design phase will start in the fall of 2027 and last about six months. All of that will lead to the start of construction in the fall of 2027. Construction is expected to be complete four years later.

There was, for all intents and purposes, no one in the crowded room during the two-hour event substantively objecting to plans to reduce traffic congestion on the busy roadway. In today's highly bifurcated world, an initiative to reduce traffic congestion appears to have nearly universal appeal.

Jasper County Administrator Andrew Fulghum noted, "There's a lot of happy people in there."

During a similar meeting several years ago held to discuss the first segment of the project, which runs from the Savannah River to Exit 8, the most notable public comment was that construction wasn't getting started fast enough, said Jones.

Evidence of economic opportunity following the expansion of the highway is already evident. In November, the Hardeeville City Council gave preliminary approval for the construction of a Buc-ee's near the Exit 8.

Hardeeville officials said the new Buc-ee's compound will bring around 200 jobs. The company advertises pay scales from $16 an hour for cashiers and stockers, to $20 an hour for bathroom attendants and more than $100,000 for managers — with the general manager capable of earning more than $225,000.

The store will generate new property, hospitality and sales tax revenues for Hardeeville.

"Not only will it provide for better safety and efficiency, but virtually all of the seven existing interchanges in Jasper County will be reoriented in some way to better facilitate development" said Fulghum. "This is huge."
