Dr. Durrett M.D. is a board certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management Physician. Dr. Durrett attended Valdosta State University and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine. He underwent his general surgery internship at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, and completed his anesthesiology and pain management residencies at the Medical College of Georgia. He has served as a guest speaker for seminars across the country for over 10 years. Dr. Durrett is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and attends several meetings and conferences to stay current with the most innovative technology in interventional pain management. Dr Durrett has practiced regenerative medicine for 8 years and has pioneered several treatments and given multiple talks on the subject. He is also a member of the following:

Dr. Evans Was born in Pittsburgh, PA which is also where he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh. He then attended Chiropractic School for 5 yrs in Chicago, Ill.. Dr Evans opened his private practice in Columbus, Ohio where he practiced for 30 yrs before moving permanently to Hilton Head Island with his wife (and dogs!) in 2015. After developing a large practice in Ohio and hiring many Associate Drs over the years, Dr Evans specialized in the treatment of the many “neuro-muscular-skeletal” conditions. Spinal related back pain is sadly the #2 most common ailment in America. 

Prior to opening up the Novo Regenerative practice with Dr Durrett, Dr Evans has and still is treating Chiropractic patients at the Moss Creek Chiropractic Center located in the Sport and Spine Institute at Moss Creek Village. His years of experience in the treatment of spinal related conditions has proven to be a valuable asset in the followup care related to the patients receiving regenerative therapies at Novo Regenerative.
